Return and Refund Policy

At Oliver Garden, we are committed to delivering healthy plants and pristine pots to your doorstep. However, we understand that damages can sometimes occur during transit.
Please review our return and refund policy below: Damaged Items If your plant or pot arrives damaged:

1. Email us at info@olivergarden.ae within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include the following details in your email:
    o Your order number
    o Clear photographs of the damage to the product
We will assess the issue promptly and offer one of the following resolutions:
• Replacement: If the damaged item is in stock, we will send you a replacement at no
additional cost.
• Refund: If the damaged item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original
mode of payment. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on
your card issuer.


Return Policy
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we cannot accept returns unless:
• The plant or pot is damaged upon delivery.
• The wrong product was delivered.
For returns:
1. Notify us at info@olivergarden.ae within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. If returning a pot (without damage), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please retain proof of delivery for your records.
Important Notes
• Every plant is unique and may naturally vary in appearance from the images on our website due to seasonal growth and individual characteristics.
• Refunds for eligible returns and damages will be made to the original payment method.
